After registering, the USER may be provided with a password that it will be responsible for, undertaking to make diligent and confidential use thereof. The USER undertakes to make proper use of the content and services offered by Praxis through its portal and, by way of example which is not to be constructed as exhaustive, to refrain from using them to (i) engage in unlawful or illegal activities or any that contravene good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate contents or publicity of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic or illegal nature or which supports terrorism or infringes human rights; (iii) cause damage to Praxis’s physical and logical systems or those of its providers or third parties, introduce or spread computing viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage into the network; (iv) attempt to access and, as the case may be, use other users’ email accounts.
Praxis fulfils the guidelines of this Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the Regulations developing the Organic Law and any other regulations applicable at any time and undertakes to guarantee the proper use and processing of the user’s personal data.
You, the USER, are also reminded of the possibility of exercising your right of access, correction, cancellation and opposition, as provided for by Law 15/1999, vis-à-vis Praxis, who is the file controller. You may exercise these rights by means of the following channels: email email@example.com

Intellectual and industrial property
Praxis, either by itself or as assignee, holds all the intellectual and industrial property rights to the website, as well as to the elements contained on it (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logotypes, combinations of colours, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for operation, access and use, etc.), owned by Practice or by its licensors.

By virtue of the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the way in which it is made available, of all or part of the content of this website for commercial purposes on any medium and by any technical means is expressly prohibited without Praxis’s authorisation. Exclusion of guarantees and responsibility
Praxis is not responsible, under any circumstances, for damage of any kind that may be caused by the following, which is not to be regarded as exhaustive: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content even although all the technological measures necessary to prevent this have been taken.
Praxis reserves the right to make any modifications it deems necessary to its portal without notice, and may change, suppress or add both the content and the services rendered through it and the way in which such content and services are presented or located on its portal.
If links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites are provided on www.polyhealmicro.com, Praxis will not implement any type of control of such sites and content. Under no circumstances will Praxis assume any responsibility whatsoever for the content of any link belonging to a third-party website and nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, extent, truthfulness, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any such hyperlink or on other Internet sites.

Right of exclusion

Praxis will prosecute any non-fulfilment of these conditions, as well as any other undue use of its portal, taking all the civil and criminal actions available to it by law.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
The relationship between Praxis and the USER will be governed by the applicable Spanish regulations, and any discrepancy will be brought before the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Vitoria.
